Experience OXI-SYS / Registration

HOCl-containing solutions naturally degrade over time. In an early phase of OXI-SYS technology, the solution showed a characteristic chlorine odour for 1–2 months, caused by active chlorine microbubbles typical of freshly generated solutions. The system has become more stable, but due to the chemical nature of HOCl, disinfection performance inevitably decreases over time depending on storage conditions.

For this reason, freshly generated on-site HOCl-containing solution is the highest-quality and most reliable option. During long transport and storage, the active substance continuously degrades, so on-site generation is more economical, safer and more effective.

Fine chlorine microbubbles may naturally appear on the surface of freshly generated solution and may create a slight chlorine gas impression. This is a normal effect of the technology; therefore we do not recommend smelling the solution directly.
