Desinfektor Pro is an early-generation, diaphragm-membrane, 2-cell HOCl generator that produces OXI-SYS® as a HOCl-containing disinfecting solution and RED-SYS in flow-through operation. It is suitable for smaller sites, local water treatment systems and decentralized disinfection points.
Desinfektor Pro is a two-cell electrolysis system with a diaphragm membrane. A sodium chloride solution (NaCl) flows through separated anode and cathode chambers. In the anode chamber, a HOCl-containing anolyte solution is generated, while an alkaline catholyte is produced on the cathode side.
The system operates almost entirely in flow-through mode: the saturated brine solution passes through the cells once, without internal recirculation. This enables a simpler design, reduced maintenance requirements and a compact system layout.
Desinfektor Pro is an appropriate entry-level system for local HOCl generation, while CWS-500 is designed for higher-capacity industrial applications.
Desinfektor Pro can be used where freshly generated, on-site HOCl-containing solution is needed, but the full CWS-500 capacity is not yet required.
